LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms of use and sale
Rules for the public website, HomeNet Detector device, Family Portal, and optional cloud plans.
Version: 2026-08-08
Service status
Online orders and payments are not active. Displayed prices are informational only, and no paid contract can currently be concluded through this website.
Contract formation
The public website describes the product and prices but is not by itself a binding offer. A paid contract can arise only after a complete order summary, price, subscription duration, and explicit customer confirmation are shown. A browser return from the payment provider never grants access; only a verified provider event can activate an entitlement.
Device and local operation
HomeNet Detector provides local diagnostics without a cloud account or active subscription. Diagnostic conclusions are tied to measurements, express uncertainty, and do not guarantee uninterrupted Internet access or constitute legally conclusive proof that a provider is at fault.
Cloud account and plans
Cloud use is optional. The plan mainly determines remote-history retention, notifications, and sharing. Prices and entitlements come from service configuration. Paid access starts only after verified plan activation and ends according to subscription status; local device functions continue.
Price, payment, and renewal
Before any binding step, the total price, currency, billing interval, and cancellation method must be displayed. A recurring subscription can be scheduled to end after the paid period. The payment provider processes card details; HomeNet Detector must not store a card number or security code.
Consumer rights and complaints
Statutory rights for defective performance remain unaffected. For distance sales of goods, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw unless a legal exception applies. Early service performance or digital content requires separate explicit instructions and disclosures. The operator must add the actual complaint address, procedure, and withdrawal form before sales begin.
Accounts, roles, and security
A household owner can change settings and invite people. A family member can manage permitted settings, a viewer is read-only, and a technician has only assigned service access. Every user must protect sign-in credentials and must not bypass another household’s authorization.
Termination and data
Cancelling a cloud plan does not stop local diagnostics. A user can export cloud data and request account deletion, which has a seven-day safety window. Some records may be retained longer where law, security, or legal claims require it.
