PRIVACY

Privacy notice

How the public website, Family Portal, and optional HomeNet Detector cloud use data and which rights you have.

Version: 2026-08-08

Service status

Online orders and payments are not active. Displayed prices are informational only, and no paid contract can currently be concluded through this website.

Scope

The public website, Family Portal, and local device interface are separate surfaces. Core diagnostics run locally. Cloud telemetry starts only after the customer’s explicit choice, and disabling it does not stop local measurements.

Data used

The portal uses the account email, pseudonymous device identifiers, customer-entered household and provider labels, notification settings, and aggregated connection measurements. It may contain bounded intensive-test results. It does not collect packet content, browsing or full DNS history, Wi-Fi passwords, raw MAC addresses, or household-device names.

Purposes and legal bases

Data supports account security, selected cloud features, expressly enabled telemetry synchronization, notifications, active-plan billing, and legal duties. Optional telemetry consent can be withdrawn; necessary accounting, security, and contractual records may rely on a different legal basis.

Recipients and location

Cloud services and the database run on an EU VPS. The mail provider receives what is necessary to deliver messages. A payment provider receives payment data only when online billing is active. Data is not sold, and a public IP observed by the server is not written to telemetry tables.

Retention

Measurements are normally retained for 90 days on Trial and Basic, one year on Family and Technician, and seven days without cloud entitlement. Sessions expire. Account deletion has a seven-day safety window; statutory or security records may have a different retention period.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent for the future. The portal provides export and scheduled deletion. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
